What can you expect from an initial consultation?
Consultations are complimentary and take approximately 45 minutes. All clients new to a procedure benefit from an initial consultation designed to review treatment options which suit your skin, preferences, medical history and lifestyle. We always encourage you to ask questions and want you to feel comfortable with every aspect of the enhancements you wish to pursue.
Do I need to arrive early to my appointment?
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. Our clients enjoy prompt appointments, so treatments begin and end on time.
Is my medical history important prior to receiving treatments?
Yes! Please discuss concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions with our physician or providers prior to your visit.
No cell phones please.
We respectfully request cell phones be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you.
The minimum age for spa services is 16 years old.
To ensure your comfort and full attention during appointments, we ask that you not bring children under the age of 16 with you. The minimum age for spa services is 16. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
What is your return policy on your skincare and cosmetics products?
All sales on cosmetics are final. Unopened skincare products may be returned with a receipt for store credit within 30 days.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Our gift cards are available in various denominations.
Do you offer financing?
We have several financing options available to those who qualify. We also have in house payment plans available. Call for program details.
